Rosie Huntington Whiteley's acting debut was in 2009, in a short film where she played a girl who is unable to remember Valentine's Day. In 2011, she made her debut in a feature film as one of the main characters in the action-sci-fi sci-fi film "Transformers: Dark of the Moon. The film, which was inspired by the characters of the well-known toy line "Transformers', it was the third film of the film series 'Transformers. The film was written and directed by Michael Bay and starred Shia LaBeouf (actor), Josh Duhamel (actor) and John Turturro(producer), Tyrese Gibson (producer), Patrick Dempsey, Kevin Dunn, Rosie Huntington Whiteley, and Patrick Dempsey. The film was produced on a budget of less than $200 million, and made over $1 billion worldwide. It is currently ranked as the 17th highest-grossing film and is also the fourth-highest-performing film in its time. The film was nominated in three categories to win the Oscars. Despite the film's success, Huntington-Whiteley's acting skills were met with criticism. She was also nominated for the Razzie Award for the the worst supporting Actress. Then, she was in the action movie "Mad Max: Fury Road", which George Miller co-directed, wrote and directed. The film was the fourth film of the Mad Max series, after the films Mad Max' (1979), Mad Max 2 (1981) or Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985). The film received a soaring critical acclaim. The story revolved around the life of a policeman living in a dystopian Australia that is currently suffering from social decline and a deficiency of water and petrol because of conflicts.
