Alyson Le Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hanigan was born 24 March 1974. American TV host and actress She is a native of the United States. Her credits include Willow Rosenberg (1997-1903) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2006), for which she was awarded a People's Choice Award (2009) as well as Michelle Flaherty (99-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller the Fool Us has been broadcast since the year 2016. Hannigan is also Claire Clancy's voice actor in the TV show Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan was the daughter of Emilie (Posner) Haas and Alan Hannigan (a Teamsters worker). Hannigan was Hannigan's only child. Hannigan's mother, who is Jewish is also Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. When she turned 11, she moved to Hollywood with her mother. When she was in Santa Barbara, her father was a casting agent. She auditioned. After having completed high school, she attended California State University Northridge. After graduation she joined Alpha Chi Omega, a sorority where she earned an undergraduate degree in psychology. Hannigan made her first film appearance in the 1988 film My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green was also one of her co-stars. She was later her co-star in Buffy. In 1989, she was offered her first TV show part when she was cast as an actress in the ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was only a teenager when she was babysitting the children of Bob Saget, her How I Met Your Mother co-star. Hannigan was later picked to portray Willow Rosenberg in Buffy the Vampire Slayer's best-friend Buffy Summers. In 1997, Hannigan received the national media attention. She also supervised Bob Saget's kids on the television series How I Met Your Mom. Angel wanted her to play Willow's role in a few episodes.
