Rochon was the only baby born to Zelma Staples. An entrepreneur, she is also the daughter Zelma's nurse specialist. Cerritos Senior High School, located in Cerritos California was where Rochon was a student in 1982. In 1986, she graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in which she received a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism. Her degree also included minors in theatre and sociology. Rochon was the keynote presenter at CSUDH's College of Arts and Humanities ceremony at the beginning of 2016.

Heather Storm works as a travel writer, television host and producer. A woman who loves automobiles, she has been host of the series Garage Squad on Discovery's MotorTrend Network, Street Tuner Challenge on Speed TV and a guest on Jay Leno's Garage. Heather was the producer and host of Drive Yourself Local. In this series of digital travel, she travels with a 1965 Ford Mustang on a journey across America and shares the small-town lifestyle. Ullerup's first role was that in the role of Julia Brynn on the remake television series of Battlestar Galactica in 2006, that aired on Sci Fi Channel. She portrayed Ashley Magnus on the Sanctuary television series in its first season and the second one until it was written off. People were angry over her departure and were hoping to see her come back in the next episodes. It ended in 2012 but not before there was a heated discussion. Ullerup appeared in Chesapeake Shores as Bree O'Brien. Ullerup portrayed Maggie Thomas in Asteroid: Final Impact, the movie that chronicles the disaster of 2015. From 2016 Ullerup has had a recurring role in the role of Dale Travers in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered movies series.

She is best known for her role in the role of Jenny Swanson in MTV's The Hard Times alongside RJ Berger. Lancaster was born in Tacoma, Washington. She was a student at Franklin Pierce High School in Tacoma. She was awarded the title of Miss Washington Teen USA 1998.
